This is a 5500 lb boat lift. It is used was in working order when we took it out. Stainless steel control, housing, hoses and pontoons are all in good shape you pick up we are located in downtown Birmingham and we do not install The best way to get any more information you need about it is to call between 8:00 and 5:00 Monday through Friday 205-222-9200 Oh lift ways about 1500 lb The monks are adjustable from one foot all the way out to 6ft. You simply move them out and then screw them back in place. They are set up for a normal boat. If you have a pontoon you can buy a bracket off Amazon for about $25 and add the bunks if you set up for a pontoon. Very easy to do
